1- THE SUPRISE BRICK BOX- MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

LAUNCHING SOON

Our Mystery Box also comes as a monthy Subscription Box option. You will be sent one set per month. We will only send out the next month's set once we have received the previous one back and we have checked that all has been properly returned. We send out a return postage label when the return is due.

 This also makes a perfect gift option for a loved one!

2- THE SMALL BRICK SET BORROW

​

Our smaller sets are perfect for beginner builders and children. 

Hire a small set for £8.99.

You can keep the set for two weeks and at the end of the hire period we will send an email with the prepaid return postage instructions. 
Sets must be returned to us no later than 17 days after you receive your set- this allows for 48 hour return delivery plus extra time for postal delays.

3- THE MEDIUM BRICK SET BORROW

Our medium sets are perfect for intermediate builders. We are continually adding to our collections so do check back in regularly to see what is new,

Hire a medium set for £14.99.

You can keep the set for two weeks and at the end of the hire period we will send an email with the prepaid return postage instructions. 

Sets must be returned to us no later than 17 days after you receive your set- this allows for 48 hour return delivery plus extra time for postal delays.

 

4- THE LARGE BRICK SET BORROW

Our large sets are perfect for advanced builders. 

Hire a large set from £14.99. Prices for medium sets will vary depending on the set weight and value. Please check the individual item for cost.

You can keep the set for three weeks and at the end of the hire period we will send an email with the prepaid return postage instructions. 
Sets must be returned to us no later than 24 days after you receive your set- this allows for 48 hour return delivery plus extra time for postal delays.
If you require a week extension period, please visit our store and buy an extension.

5- THE PREMIUM BRICK SET BORROW

Our large sets are perfect for advanced builders who would like a challenge
Hire our premium sets for £20.00.

Keep the set for three weeks and at the end of the hire period we will send an email with the prepaid return postage instructions. 
Sets must be returned to us no later than 24 days after you receive your set- this allows for 48 hour return delivery plus extra time for postal delays.
If you require a week extension period, please visit our store and buy an extension.

How Borrowing Works

​

-You can keep the set for the allotted number of weeks as stated above depended on the size of the set. At the end of the hire period we will send a reminder email with the prepaid return postage and return instructions.

 

-Borrow start date is the date of expected delivery to you. You will be notified of the the return date. We allow for 48 hour return delivery plus extra time for postal delays. . 

 

Returning Sets

-Please return the set in the same box you received your item in.

 

-The box will contain an instruction card explaining how to look after your set, how to dismantle your set after play and how to return the set to us. Please return this instruction card with your set.

 

-Your box will also contain a new postal bag to return your box in- please keep this safe so that you have it ready for your set return. 

 

Missing Pieces

-If you find that there are a few pieces missing from your set when you receive it, if it does not affect your build, continue building your set but please do let us know which pieces are missing on the Missing Pieces form included with your set. This helps us to improve our services for our future customers. Please check the Spare Pieces bag first as it may have been placed in there by the last set builder.

 

-If there are key pieces missing that greatly affect the building of your set, please get in contact with us and we will work something out for you. We want our customers to be happy. 

 

-If you find spare pieces during your build, please pop them into the Spare Pieces bag.

 

-We understand that occasionally a small piece may accidently go missing. As long as it is only a couple of simple bricks we can replace them at no charge. Please do let us know that they have gone missing on the Missing Pieces form.

 

-If however, a large number of pieces are missing from a set or key pieces, rare pieces or minifigures, we will ask you to reimburse us for the cost of replacement.

 

-If the set is returned damaged or there has been a failure to return the set, we will ask you to reimburse us for the cost of a whole new set. 

 

-We only allow customers to borrow one set at a time. We do not allow customers to borrow sets if they have not returned their previous one. 

 

-If two sets have been returned in an unsatisfactory condition you will not be able to continue to borrow from our store. 

 

-Customers that return sets in good condition and on time will be rewarded with loyalty points. Loyalty points can be accumulated and be used to have one free set borrow- stay tuned for more information on our loyalty points.

 

Occasionally we will add a free gift. This will come in a bag clearly labelled Free Gift. This is the only item in the box which is yours to keep.

Safety

Our sets contain small pieces which can be a choking hazard and bags which can be a suffocation hazard. Please do not leave the sets or bags where young children (under age 3) can reach them.
